Refund / Cancellation Policy

General policy framework for business services and project engagements.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services, software, White Label solutions, technology setup and other services provided by IMOC Digital Services Private Limited to its Business Partners and eligible customers.

1. Service / Plan Payment

Once a service, package, software solution or White Label plan is purchased and payment is received, cancellation and refund will depend on the nature and stage of the service.

2. Work Has Started

If IMOC has started work, the amount relating to work already completed may be treated as non-refundable.

If the Business Partner cancels before completion, IMOC may deduct the applicable value of work already completed and refund the eligible balance, if any.

Example: If ₹1,00,000 has been paid and 30% of the agreed work has been completed, the applicable amount for the completed work may be deducted and the eligible remaining amount may be refunded.

3. Fully Completed Service

Where the agreed service has been fully completed and delivered, including applicable White Label platform setup, domain, branding, configuration, credentials or other agreed deliverables, the amount will generally not be refundable merely because the Business Partner later changes its mind or no longer wishes to use the service.

4. Service Pending Due to IMOC

If IMOC is unable to complete or deliver the agreed service due to a reason attributable to IMOC, the eligible amount may be refunded after adjusting for any work or service already completed.

5. Bank / Aggregator / Third-Party Delay

Where completion or processing depends on a bank, payment aggregator, technology provider or other third party, IMOC may provide reasonable additional time for completion.

Delay caused solely by such third parties will not automatically make the entire service payment refundable.

6. Payin / Payout Transactions

Failed, reversed or otherwise eligible Payin/Payout transactions will be handled according to the applicable bank, payment gateway, aggregator or service-partner process.

A successfully processed transaction will not become refundable merely because a later cancellation request is made.

7. Third-Party Costs

Where IMOC has already incurred applicable domain, licensing, setup, integration, banking, gateway, aggregator or other third-party charges for the Business Partner, such costs may be deducted from any eligible refund, subject to the applicable agreement.

8. Refund Request

Refund or cancellation requests should be sent to:

The request should include:

  • Business/Partner name
  • Service/package details
  • Invoice or transaction ID
  • Payment date
  • Amount paid
  • Reason for cancellation/refund
